Class
ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 2 Type R safety apparel requires 775 in2 of background material and 201 in2 of retro reflective material. Performance Class 2 provides for the use of additional amounts of high-visibility materials, which may allow design opportunities to define the human form more effectively compared to Performance Class 1 HVSA.
Flammability Standard
Garments bearing this icon have been tested and conform to the NFPA 70E Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace®.
GlenGuard® provides the lightest and brightest AR/FR fabric for hi-vis vests. Protective vests made with GlenGuard® pair perfectly with any FR shirt, making them the most versatile option for high-visibility safety apparel (HVSA). Plus, they can be easily removed once workers leave the jobsite, meaning vests generate less wear-and-tear and retain their protective properties longer than hi-vis shirts.
D-Ring
This product is made with a D-Ring access slot on the back. The D-Ring access slot is an opening on the back of the garment that allows the user to easily attach / detach a fall protection harness that is worn underneath.
