The BearKat® BK1's well-thought-out construction combines the best in safety, comfort, and affordability! Your vision is unobstructed by the one-piece wraparound lens, which, by its secure fit, provides maximum safety. Comfort is enhanced by the flexible temples, and the non-slip temple sleeves are notched for a clip-on breakaway cord. The BK110AF has UV-AF® anti-fog coated lenses that are eco-friendly and UV-cured, providing 3 times greater anti-fog performance than generic anti-fog safety glasses. Lens Coating

Eco-friendly UV cured anti-fog coating with 3 times greater anti-fog performance than generic anti-fog safety glasses. This curing process uses 87% less energy compared to standard anti-fog curing.

Ultraviolet Rays 0-385nm

The U6 marking confirms that all polycarbonate lenses found in MCR Safety's eyewear styles block 99.9% of harmful UV radiation found in the Ultraviolet light range reaching up to 385 nanometers (nm).

Z87+

These products meet ANSI/ISEA Z87.1-2020 standards. This high velocity impact safety glass test method is performed by shooting a 1/4" steel ball at a speed of 150 feet per second aimed at the center of the lens. The result is a Pass or Fail which determines that a lens must not chip, break, or crack and it must maintain its original position in the frame.
